Terms used in this Policy (including "Fluxo.sale", "Platform", "Service", "Tenant", "Store", etc.) have the meanings given in the Fluxo.sale Public Offer.
1. Types of cookies
We may use the following cookie categories:
- Strictly necessary — enable the website and core functionality; disabling them may make the service partly or fully unavailable.
- Functional — remember user settings and improve usability.
- Analytics — collect aggregated usage statistics to improve the service.
- Advertising — used to personalise ads and marketing (if applied).
2. Purposes and legal basis
Cookies are used to operate the Service, maintain sessions, run analytics, prevent fraud and personalise experience. The legal basis is the contractual relationship with the Tenant, Fluxo.sale’s legitimate interests and, where required, user consent.
3. Managing and refusing cookies
On the first visit, users are informed about cookies and can set preferences (consent banner). The choice is stored in the browser (localStorage, key fluxo_cookie_consent) for up to 12 months or until browser data is cleared. Optional analytics scripts are not loaded without consent.

4. Retention
Cookie retention depends on type. Session cookies are deleted when the browser is closed; persistent cookies remain until expiry or deletion by the user.
5. Third parties
